This blouse & skirt is an outfit that is flirty and sophisticated. The puff sleeves and ruffled neck definately adds to a professional style. However, the cut out shoulders,form fit & long sleeve makes it sexy. The skirt can be made in a nice mid thigh length or right above the knee. The skirt is bouncey & layered at the ends to add some playfullness. The large leather belt seperates the 2 pieces and can make the business style complete. At night however I would opt for a large metallic or sequin belt. I am showing it here in both lengths and different colors. Any color would work.The top I would use maybe combed cotton cambric. The skirt maybe a rayon spandex jersey mix. |
