Thank you.       Date 3/5/2013 10:45:04 PM Name JANET MCBRIDE Not Impressed! I purchased a retro dress for an upcoming theme bridal shower from Chic Star. I ended up not even going to the shower due to business trip and returned the unopened dress to ChicStar the day after it was delivered. I utilized the USPS with tracking number which I "thought" would help in case of a problem. After checking with post office several weeks later and my account not being credited I contacted the post office they tracked to Miami; This all transpired last October 2012. To this day...NOTHING. I was told by the post office it was out of the US and out of their jurisdiction. I contacted Chic Star SEVERAL times and was told they could not locate my package even with information I supplied (tracking number and copy of invoice along with return. Bottom line...after paying almost 100.00 for the dress and then 30.00 to send back I was left with NO dress and OUT 130.00 just because "they" could not locate my return. I should have just kept and sold it on ebay. Their customer service department is a joke and made no attempt at all to resolve the problems or make sure I was a satisfied customer...ie credit, discount on another order or half amount credit...NOTHING!
