I ordered the laced up ruffel jacket in black. I am very, very disappointed in Chicstar. I have been charged and my order states it has been shipped but on Aug 13th and I have yet to receive it. Chicstar has no telephone number to contact them and to make things worse, I never received a tracking number for my order. Although I like the styles and as a New Yorker was hoping to pass it along to my friends I will not do so because they are not customer friendly.
