Make the top layer of the skirt the same as the lace overlay from the top/sleeves. Overall impression is medieval modernism. If you want to be more modern, shorten the sleeves and make the flare less dramatic. It would also be lovely to make the top layer of the skirt longer, to just above the ankle. |
