This pencil skirt features a polka-dot cloth belt with a mini bustle and bow at the back where it fastens. The skirt reaches just past the knees at the back, and just above them at the front, and is trimmed with polka-dot ruffles. The skirt itself has a curved wrap (or faux wrap if Chicstar prefers), with white piping and buttons. Skirt should be either well fitted, or made from stretch fabric. If possible I think this would look especially good in a smooth fabric with a slight sheen, like satin or silk or some such. |
