370303 Belted Polka-Dot Flare Dress. I bought this dress a while ago and love it. Again it is a dress style I normally would not buy but slowly Chic Star seems to be helping me expand my sense of personal style. This dress has a LOT of material. The material has a little stretch and nice weight. The little black belt can be removed but I think it adds a nice touch. I am wearing it with little black pearl gloves, black sweater cardi and Poetic License shoes. |
