Smart and Fun Dress - Cherry Plaid

All in one dress that looks like a bolero, halter top and skirt outfit. Dress with full skirt, attached bow at the back and 3/4 sleeves. Alternating print on the pop collar, sleeve trim and bodice. Side zip.
