I turned this dress into a full skirt. The skirt is slightly shorter and fuller. The fabric can be Poly Rayon Spandex mix, mat-satin or Cotton. I added a high curved and buttoned waist-band with three buttons. The skirt zips on the side. I added three rows of white trim that angle down a pleated side. The skirt zips on the side. |
