Hi! I made a Flounced Bustle Back long fishtail skirt. It is fitted and then it flares out into a full lower skirt. It has ruffles on the hem. The back has a mini over skirt with an open flounced back that has ruffled bustle on the rear. The lower back part of the skirt has cascading ruffles, too. It has a back zipper to get it on and off.
